  iv absolutely have had it with this place. Harbor house used to be quality, now they just sell a name and a %number but the quality is actually shit. We now call it Garbage House. This place has really gone down hill, and its downfall should be studied - either they lost a real good grower or they only care about profits because the quality just isnt there anymore. They used to have Gary Payton, SkyWalker, Runtz, and all the other names you can think of - now its solely GMO and Cap Junky, and they are both atrocious at the moment selling an ounce of Cap Junky for 100 like tell me it aint shit without telling me. Literally Garbage House. i would not recommend this dispensery.

  this dispensary is the worst excuse for customer service I think I (and half of Boston) have had to suffer through. Good selections but it doesn't matter when everyone who works here can't bother to put a single smile on their face or even respond to you when you ask them a damn question. Everybody who works here down to the security act like it's been 5 minutes since their last vape cloud and they're gonna kill themselves if you actually need something from them. Miserable people miserable environment not to mention constantly forgetting change/cash back and straight up denying that there's discounts to be applied at checkout. Everyone who works here should be fired.

  I’ve always loved this dispensary but I’m starting to dislike this company as a whole. Upper management needs to do a better job on making sure calls coming into the store are being taken. I live an hour away with traffic and whenever I try to call to get help over the phone, no one ever answers. When I’ve gone into the store recently, their new loyalty program wasn’t allocating all of my points and they only allow managers to go in and manually fix it, and of course a manager wasn’t there this day so I couldn’t use all of my points that I clearly should’ve had, which is why I went to this store in the first place because I wanted to use my $60 off my purchase. There’s been a few times I’ve come here and only one time was someone able to help me out and fix my account to show the accurate amount of points I had. If they answered the phone some of these issues and questions could be fixed and answered sooner rather than me driving out of my way to end up spending more money on my purchases than I initially think I’m going to need to spend. Not fair to medical patients who go to specific stores to get specific products for their needs.

  The weed is fire. Let me start right there, but the service is terrible a little before 3pm maybe eight people in line one cashier then to top it all off a med patient comes in and they get to go before a person that sat and waited for probably 15 minutes and they probably make most of there money off rec customers yet they put medical above it all unbelievable. If they were staffed right I wouldn’t need to post a review.

  Went there tonight and it was 8:58 and I was told I couldn’t go in . I’m a medical patient and knew exactly what I wanted . Why say your open till 9 and not let anyone in couple minutes before 9. Drove all the way there for no reason

  I heard a dispute between the gentleman at the front desk and a customer outside and the gentleman was wrong for going back and forth yelling ‘ it ain’t that serious n’ while pretending to be laughing it off. I’ve witnessed multiple incidents at this location that leads me to believe upper management is just as classless as the rest of them. Side note I saw the girl left a review and I would be just as upset. I didn’t see if she hit the vape or not, but the professionalism is definitely lacking. Do better

  I really like coming here but I have a huge issue with the way HH handles the phone lines. If you're literally never going to answer your customer's calls please do everyone a favor and remove your phone number from google. It's a waste of everyones time to constantly call hoping that someone picks up by the miracle of god

  Customer service is very wack, no energy here. Especially for medical asking about cannabinoids or any info of products and staff aren’t even educated on them. No one is happy in that place either bunch of frowns.

  Never been to this store. But their product they put out to other stores has considerably been sub par. Especially for the prices. If you can't keep your concentrate clean and of real quality. Then go back to flower. Fing embarrassing i even bought more again. But never again. Yall need do better. Stop chasing $.

  Shout out to Joey(I think) Blonde Hair and Hot Pink Hat We talked about Terps, COAs and other super technical stuff. I initiated and he knew his stuff and the COAs etc of what he had. Rare find. My second visit and I got some badder and edibles and he also knows his math when dealing with allocations stuff IYKYK. Anyhow I recommend and he created a great positive vibe. And since I talk fast and appreciate details, this worked for me.
