  I loved this place but now i don’t go here anymore since Justin left the weeds are not on point anymore they are mixing two different major kinds and now it tastes like garbage. They don’t ever have ounce anymore!! BRING BACK JUSTIN PLEASE!!! And the white girl that was at east coast and now work at solerge. They both come back u will get a ton of customers back including me.

  I would like to say I have never been more impressed than with the knowledge of your store manager Helen. I was in line for medical for a few minutes while she was helping another medical patient. He let her know what his issues where and she recommended everything he would need and explained each and every product and how it would help him. Top Notch in

  My 1st experience was awesome, friendly staff and really good cannabis, my past few times going i haven't been pleased with what I purchased.i went a couple days ago and got cattle drive and sour wedding breath.The sour wedding breath tastes like trim and the cattle drive is alright but filled with seeds,I broke 2 nuggs today and got 15 seeds I have quite a few others I guess ill try to grow them 🤷🏿‍♂️

  Manager gives you the worst attitude ever, even when you are trying to ask a question. She cuts you off then tell you that you don't understand, lady Im trying to ask you something and you're not even letting me. I understand rules and laws are meant to be followed, but what you do when a MANAGER doesn't want to answer your questions while giving the worse and most childish attitude, then you match her energy and the customer is the one being rude. I would say that like a couple of months ago it was great to come here, staff was awesome, but they changed staff and the new MANAGER thinks she owns ECF lol she said that I had a childish attitude and because I started speaking Spanish with the security guard she said that I'm discriminating towards her. When she didn't even specifying her ethnicity or nothing, I don't ask and I don't need to know, as a matter of fact I don't care. If you are not bilingual that's a you problem, not mines. A manager that is trying to accuse and LIEEEEEE about the customer shouldn't be a MANAGER. PERIOD ! I asked for her supervisors information and SHE SAID THAT SHE WILL NOT GIVE THE SUPERVISORS INFORMATION, SO EVERYONE BE CAREFULL THIS MANAGER THINKS SHE CAN DO WHATEVER WITH NO CONSECUENCES. I WILL keep my business with Solurge instead 🙏

  We drove in from hartford, connecticut and bought a bunch of stuff, including cartridges. The owner checked us out and missed placing one cartridge in the bag. We noticed when we got home and called immediately. Owner reviewed the video and acknowledged that she forgot that cartridge and put it aside for us to pick up at a future time. About three weeks later, we drove there again and was told they no longer had the cartridge and staff could not reach the owner to resolve the issue. Left a message for the owner to call us back but she never did. So we paid for an item we did not get. Not going back there ever again. Check your bags before you leave.

  Absolutely Love this place! Helen and Ivan are true blessings, i’m always smiling on my way out. I drive out 30 minutes just for this dispensary, it’s the 4 for 15 that makes me chose this place over any other. Your staff is incredible!
