Cheers but in Bud Form, where all know the name of regulars, Tenders & Customers, and always greeted by Sam, T and others.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG! When getting home from getting my online order I was given the wrong product and already made the 20 min drive back home very unprofessional and inconvenient

I’ll start off by saying the staff is great my problem is more with inventory and pricing. When Aura first opened they always had great products for cheaper than the other million dispensaries in Fall River. Now, Aura has low quality products for a very high price, so instead of spending $10+ extra for an 1/8 of worse quality, I shop elsewhere. Bring back high quality for low prices, or better rewards, some sort of appeal.

IF YOU ARE PICKY WITH WEED THIS IS NOT YOUR SPOT! Questions seem to irritate and overwhelm staff. Especially Hudson & Diana. NEW LEAF, RENEW, NEA, IN GOOD HEALTH... ETC ALL OFFER GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE WHILE SHOPPING FOR WHAT YOU WANT! NOT AURA.... :( CANT WAIT FOR THINGS TO CHANGE. A LOT OF POTENTIAL. Please advise when going to this dispensary as your words will be used against you and they will ban you. From a customer's perspective, I think this is absolute craziness. No one should be banned for wanting to buy quality product. I bought multiple ounces filled with seeds. Quality people and quality product are things I strive for in life. When reviewing product or business, names and product matter. As do opinion. Why ask for my review, pay me? Then ban me? What type of set up is this? Come back monday to resolve the issue with Dianna they said, come monday I am banned. There was no issue, besides poor quality, and seeds in my weed. My issue was not with the management or staff. By all means, I wish the best for this business. I also hope that management will realize that customers are human too. The first business I have ever been banned from in my LIFE! MAN OH MAN! MY GRANDMOTHER JUST PASSED AND I WANTED TO SMOKE. THANK YOU AURA FOR SHOWING YOUR TRUE COLORS. I SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF QUALITY PRODUCT AND QUALITY BUSINESS, NOT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF QUALITY, AND STAFF THAT IS HELD AT THIS LOCATION. Over 50 plus seeds sold to me within 3 ounces. No disclaimer to customers. I was told it would be advertised discount for others. It was not. The industry is filled. I will not fight to be a customer somewhere. Kick your customers out.. cut your money tree down. ✌️ *OWNER PLEASE CALL ME*
