I had an incredibly disappointing experience at The Botanist. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was cold, dismissive, and downright unpleasant. It felt like many of the employees had worse attitudes than a room of children. If they're that unhappy working there, maybe it's time to find a job they actually enjoy instead of taking it out on customers. The quality of the product was also far below what I expected from a licensed dispensary. I left with serious concerns about the freshness and overall quality of what I purchased, and it completely destroyed my confidence in buying from this location again. There are plenty of dispensaries that treat customers with respect and take pride in the products they sell. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location based on my experience.
