She called me a liar I have never seen customer service as poor in my entire life you need to have somebody older than 18 managing your store When You're Gone whoever's in charge of this dumo selling bad vapes that dont work and are tainted then have the nerve to not honor it shame on you!

I used to love this store, veteran owned, easy to drive too. I made a preorder some flower and 2 pre rolls. I had my husband pick it up, he brought it home after work so around 9pm. I noticed that my name and orders in the bag were NOT mine. Different order numbers different name. I had my husband bring it back and granted the order was of edibles and melted in the heat. The manager on this day told him she can’t take it back because it’s damaged goods. Ok I understand that, but this was not even my order! I didn’t want edibles I wanted my flower. I wanted the original order I bought and wanted her to look it up and give me the stuff I ordered originally for no price (since I already paid for the WRONG order). Maybe it’s no big deal but i expected more than having to pay AGAIN for the order I wanted yesterday.
