Used to go to this place all the time I showed up with time before they closed. Albeit 10 minutes before they closed. I showed up before the advertised time that they close to buy a single pre-roll. Call them ask them why they were closed said the boss closed the doors early and pulled all the drawers and is counting money. Pure absolute laziness for not wanting to stay open the extra 10 minutes to make a sale. Poor business practice, not to mention illegal too. So I will not be going there ever again they've lost me as a customer I've been going there for years.

First time here!! 7/16/26 around 12 Young gentleman as my budtender was a vibe! I always base my experience off the vibe they give and he was so great. I’ll definitely be back. And bonus, they list the terpines!

I loved this place and now I wouldn't stop here if it were the last place on earth. I purchased cartridges and the cartridges didn't work. I went back to return the cartridges and they wouldn't let me. One time before I had a cartridge that didn't work and they swapped it out to one that did. Then all of a sudden their policy changed. I have two full vape cartridges that they would NOT exchange for working ones. Please know I did NOT want my money back. I don't know if they're running some kind of scam selling people fake cartridges that won't work and not letting customers return or exchange. I tried these cartridges on five different batteries and nothing worked Just to let you guys know that it wasn't a one-and-done. This place went down hill, the past few months, so I took my business back to INSA. They take back broken cartridges as long as you have your receipt and it's not used. One last thing before you purchase here imagine having $100 worth of weed looking at you and you can't smoke it .

I use to love this place but I haven’t been here in a minute but man this place has gone down hill. I’ve come by a couple times since I’ve been back in mass and they were closed early then listed on their website. Also they use to have good deals but now their menu is overpriced for same product I can go right around the corner.

Soo for my first time this wasn’t a good impression. I came to get pre rolls. When I was in store I saw a deal for 5 for $25 pre rolls on their TV and the guy said he couldn’t honor it. He was going to call his manager after we leave to take it down. You should have honored it. I didn’t even tip him and I always tip my budtenders! No wonder the parking lot was empty. Most likely will take my business elsewhere. The whole vibe was just blahhhh and trash lol. & I want my 10% off my next purchase for the review. You never said it had to be a good one 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
