This is moreso about the products rather than service; I’m a particular shopper. I prefer to scope my items out before purchasing, but HOD’s website makes it nearly impossible. The interface is so terribly bad and doesn’t represent the wonderful customer service I get from your budtenders on a usual basis. I’m usually at the mercy of asking them if my favs aren’t available, and yesterday I snagged a 3 for 9 deal on some Webweavers. I should have known, glad I didn’t take the recommendation for more :/ that’s a crazy deal on infused pre-rolls. So anyways the thing is rolled so tight I can’t pull, and eventually it crumbled in my hand…coming apart at the filter. 😵‍💫💀 Are we joking. Luckily I mix and matched brands but just be wary of this one in particular. HOD, I strongly recommend a user friendly interface for your company. That website is glitchy, slow, and just not visible in ways it needs to be. I can’t even check your deals or products online because of whatever issue you guys have with it. 💯
