Moron doorman thru me out because I took pictures for my Google Business Reviews. Actually tried to grab my phone from my hand. Lucky he didn't touch me or I would have filed assault charges. I been to a dozen or so Canabis stores in Grand Rapids and all of them WELCOME TAKING PICTURES AND PROMOTING THEIR PRODUCTS AND WEEKLY SPECIALS. TO THE OWNER...I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL TELL THIS STORY ON ALL MEDIA PLATFORMS

The women that work here are a delight and I’ve had absolutely no issues with them, however, the man who worked on Father’s Day was very short with his attitude. I came in an hour before close but I knew exactly what I wanted and planned on being in and out. Every dispensary I’ve been to, there’s always been a member at the front desk/table. I’ve never had to physically look for someone. I had my id in my hand ready to give it to someone (I wasn’t even sure who at the time, both men were in black so I’d assumed they had both been security but I was wrong) and was confused when one said “I’ll take care of you” and proceeded to walk away. Tried to hand him my id (some people are different and just take it and look vs scanning it into the system) and got chest bumped by the security guy. The worker then goes “you must be new here” which is pretty rude it’s better to ask “are you a new customer?” and then when i explained that i was just confused and usually someone is at the table (at this point my id was still in my hand, never ever once put it away) and the man just goes “yeah well you still need to get checked out” as if he were dumbing it down to me and could’ve better deescalated the situation by saying “hello, ill meet you at the desk so that i can scan your id and get you in”. Not a great experience so I’ll save my energy for noxx and cloud. Also, chest bumping a 100 lb girl is insane, I’m extremely weak and the excessive force wasn’t needed.

Literally the nicest people ever. I went in for the first time and felt horrible because I had no idea what I wanted other than an assortment of moonrocks. They had no problem serving up like 10 different kinds. And if you're a bit indecisive they share their opinions on which ones are gas. They definitely don't lie about that. Honestly 10 outta 10 experience and I recommend everyone going there.

I Stopped in Tonight and I was Very Impressed. When I Mentioned I was Allergic to the only Indica option, they didn’t hesitate to take care of the Situation. Offering 50% off all Mitten Products, for the Rest of the Night. That Kind of Customer Service Stands out, when I can Sleep with Ease without Breaking the Bank. This is why I keep Coming Back. Great Prices on Edibles, Quality Products, and a Team that Treats you like Family. The New Ownership has really elevated the Vibe! The Owner is Hands-on, Engaging, and Genuinely Cares about Customers and their Wellness. Check em out!

Overpriced! Go to an established dispensary and pay $5-$10 less per 1/8 for the exact brands. Greed will bankrupt this place!!
