Today the manager Stephanie was extremely aggressive and rude. I ended up leaving the store in tears. The other woman was so sweet and gracious and apologized for Stephanie’s behavior. I’m so glad it was all caught on camera. I was trying to return something I had bought not even 24 hours prior. Not used. The battery on the cartridge will charge and say 100% but when you go to pull nothing happens and it is red as soon as you pull. Yes with a cart in there. It’s the cover piece not the battery and she wasn’t understanding that and I wasn’t loud or aggressive at all. I threw receipt away not thinking it wouldn’t work. This is my second one and I love it. Also I spent last night almost 200$ and this 25$ vape with battery not disposable. Very disappointed cuz I’m a customer at least 2/3 times a week and I’ve never ever had any issues. I’m 52 and I’m not aggressive and I was trying to work with them and her and the poor other woman that was there couldn’t say anything cuz that was her manager that was being so out of line to me about only as a customer but as a human being and another woman! I left there in tears and I will never be back. It’s really unfortunate.
