I’ve been to several dispensaries around St. Louis, and Flora Farms on Chippewa has been the best experience by far. Maddie was my budtender and was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. Cayleigh answered the phone before I came in, helped me get everything sorted out, and was genuinely kind from the start. The customer service here is on another level. The staff works quickly without ever making you feel rushed, the prices are great, and the selection is excellent. If you’re looking for live resin, I honestly think Flora Farms has one of the best selections and values in the St. Louis area. This has easily become my go-to dispensary, and I highly recommend it.

I shopped on-line B4 visiting the Chippewa location where Kali did assist me. 1st off, the selection on-line was MASSIVE!! SO much to choose from &even still, I was able to compare price w/quantity &potency to find wut wud best fit my budget while providing the level of potency I require. Easy-peasy. Visit location, all staff I encountered were absolutely great, friendly, &helpful evn while providing me w/some basic info about my next steps. I did not wait long &in fact, Kali even took me from another line id been waiting in, since her line had emptied 1st. Some people might have taken that opportunity for a smoke break or something. But instead, Kali assisted not only myself, but also her fellow employees by assisting me wen she did. In addition 2this &the purchase id come to make, I had a question about the difference between two things. Not only was Kali able to answer my question, she did so in a way that made it very easy for me to understand &then even compared my chosen purchase &commented on how it fit into that &the quality I cud expect from the grower, I guess it is. Whoever is the providing source to the dispensary, of the product. So instead of a quick, short answer, that screams, "I wish you wud just bother someone else", she seemed more than happy to answer my question, even providing additional details &info 2beter help me get some perspective on how it relates to me. Overall, very pleased &very satisfied w/my experience, start to finish. Thanks for your service, in providing this beautiful source of relief from so much that ales me. &Thanks to Kali, for not making me feel uncomfortable about having to ask questions, but instead, helping me to feel empowered about this, as well as future purchases. Hava great day.

Was sold THC-A thinking it was regular THC-D9 since this is a legal state but nope. Very disappointing that I wasn’t informed that I was buying THC-A before making my decision.

Weed was hit or miss until Flora took over . Their reserve was so wet it was hard to grind, & smoke. Not impressed Also it smelled like something was sprayed on it for odor. The last few bags of premium bud. Looked like the exact same bud. Except the last purchase the bud was small pieces, smaller than popcorn bud. And none off it gets u stoned. Trash weed. I don't recommend flora despensery.

Amy was incredibly kind and helpful during my shopping experience. The team here moves quickly, and the shop has a good variety. The only reason I did not give five stars is because they do not have as good of deals as other dispensaries in the area.

Literally came in 5 mins before close and had to run to my car for cash (bring cash FYI, debit card fee is like $7 extra), and they were SOOO nice. The budtender helped me pick out a $7 pre-roll based on the effects & THC% I wanted. I went with “burnt toast”, it’s like a 17% THC indica hybrid, lowkey rare to find, and didn’t give me anxiety like sativas and most hybrids do, felt chilled out, cuddly & giggly!! I didn’t do the whole thing tho. Will be coming back
