Yesterday was the first time I had visited Terrabis, the girl that was helping me was really nice, and I enjoyed talking with her! When I pulled in I was directed to wait because there were a few cars in front of me, I had no issue with this at all. But the person they had directing traffic was incredibly rude and unclear on where I was supposed to go. He was very impatient and short tempered. I eventually was in line and I was waiting for my turn. He then comes up to me and asks if I had placed an online order, I responded with “yes I did”. He then says “good” and proceeds to lightly smack the back of my car. It just really rubbed me the wrong way how he was talking to me. Thank you for your time

Live the drive thru 24 7
- Jamison DietzJuly 18, 2026
All your 24/7 signs are misleading. As I understand it you have two sets of hours. The 24/7 drive-thru and the store that closes at 10? (It's not posted anywhere they just lock the door) as well as it's generally inconvenient to force customers to do an online order when they already have money in hand and a product picked out. I was ready to go and had to wait several extra minutes just for your system to play catch-up. While the service was good and the girl who helped me was kind... there is just nothing thats drawing me back to your business. UPDATE. the drive thru sucks and there's never an attendant helping with all the people fighting over spots in the drive thru. Literally people fighting.

The line at 10pm is 15 cars long, got a guy directing traffic but it seems no one inside to help the lady prep for the next few cars to speed up the process. Why not have walkie talkies and develop a way to make the line move faster? It took about an hour to get to the window. Otherwise great product! I’m glad it’s worth the wait.

Usually I leave reviews to educate the community and company about mistakes or things that coukd have went wrong. however the manager Drake changed my mind on them today. He called me to fix my problem. Didn’t question me. Understood what was wrong and told me to come back for a return and exchange. I appreciate the apology and the respect to reach out. I had to change my review and let yall know they will fix your issue!
