So I bought one of the Geek ultra from this store tatse very good love it. But today it was making a hissing sound I wasn't even puffing on it and there was a good amount of smoke coming from the bottom finally stopped making the noise then puffed on it and it went from a burnt taste to a light normal taste so idk what happened

This store is awesome. This team is great. Recommendations and suggestions are always on point. Today Especially. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I was helped by Devon and she recommended a new product "Gnome garden" and it was perfect. Exactly what I needed. 10/10 bud tender. 10/10 product and 10/10 store (nice clean, well lit easy to see/find product)

At Infinity Wellness, Abby Yeska demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and product knowledge that made the entire experience both comfortable and informative. From the moment of interaction, she showed a genuine willingness to listen, taking the time to understand specific preferences, needs, and concerns. Rather than rushing the process, Abby carefully guided the conversation, ensuring that every question was acknowledged and answered thoroughly. Her knowledge of marijuana products stood out immediately. Abby was able to clearly explain the differences between strains, including indica, sativa, and hybrid varieties, while also breaking down potency levels, terpene profiles, and expected effects in a way that was easy to understand. She didn’t rely on generic descriptions—instead, she tailored her recommendations based on the customer’s desired experience, whether that was relaxation, pain relief, or creative stimulation. In addition to her expertise, Abby remained highly attentive throughout the interaction. She paid close attention to feedback, adjusting her suggestions accordingly and making sure the customer felt confident in their choices. Her ability to balance professionalism with approachability created a welcoming atmosphere, which is especially important in an environment where some customers may feel uncertain or new. Overall, Abby’s combination of attentiveness, deep product knowledge, and genuine care for customer satisfaction elevated the level of service at Infinity Wellness. Her acknowledgment of both the benefits and nuances of marijuana products ensured that customers were not only well-informed but also felt respected and supported in their decisions. PS. I absolutely love her leopard print, piercings and Nails. All to die for🥰
