  the budtender alexia had recommended the soap strain (sativa) for those who like floral notes alongside lavender, i took one bong rip and was able to indulge in this really rich funky floral mix, and for a great value too!!! you get more than just thc, but an abundance of natural occuring flavors and compounds giving way for a clear mind, laugh attack, and muuunchies!! 10/10 quality service, quality flower, quality value, would recommend to any fellow cannabis enjoyers!!!!

  My experience at Fresh Dispensary’s Elizabeth location was extremely disappointing, especially considering that I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years and have spent thousands of dollars at this store. The issue itself was relatively minor: my companion and I wanted to pay for two purchases using the same card so we wouldn’t be charged the card processing fee twice. This had never been a problem before, and several employees had accommodated this request on previous visits. Even one of the employees working that day seemed surprised by the policy and acknowledged that it had been handled differently in the past. What turned a small inconvenience into a terrible customer experience was the way we were treated by the manager, Ivonne, and another female employee. Instead of explaining the policy professionally and respectfully, they were dismissive, rude, and confrontational. Their attitude toward us was completely unnecessary and highly unprofessional. What makes this even more frustrating is that Fresh has always stood out because of its competitive prices, beautiful store, and friendly, welcoming staff. Most of the employees have been wonderful over the years, which is why this experience was such a shock. Unfortunately, these two employees do not represent the level of customer service that loyal customers expect. They seemed unwilling to listen to our concerns and lacked the professionalism and courtesy required for customer-facing roles. The card fee itself is insignificant to the store, but it matters to customers. More importantly, the way customers are treated matters even more. After years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent at this location, being treated with such disrespect was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope the owner or upper management sees this review because this is not about the policy itself. It’s about how customers are treated. Fresh has built a reputation on great service, and experiences like this damage that reputation.
