Here we are again. I placed an order. Had great greetings coming in by lady at security and front desk gentleman. Then I get called to the back by Shari Employee ID 58774, she was really sassy and curt. She very low voiced gave me a number to go to but I couldn’t hear her, I asked where she ignored me and the young lady at register 7 tells me oh right here at 6. As Shari rings me up she tells me my items then says you have $5 in rewards, you want to use them. I confirmed yes! She then tells me $41.90. And she was CONFIDENT in her answer. I said why? I ordered two items on sale $29.90 -$5 should be $24. She casually looks at the screen and says “ I didn’t put your discounts on it and didn't see it till I just looked.” Which in turn means she would have CHEATED and OVER CHARGED me intentionally and felt no sorry or apology was warranted. Then another young lady comes up to save her as I was immediately going to ask for a manager to assess why a cashier is intentionally not doing the patient care experience your company mission and values represent by misleading patients and being okay with how they see fit to the situation. This again is NOT McDonalds. If she works with that type of attitude with me I can imagine how someone less vocal feels about it. She was horrible at customer service even with the curt rude and disrespectful “ Have a good day” trash man! Do better!

I am not sure why there is so much attitude in some of these women and men employees. I am not sure if its Black or gay thing but the amount of money I have spent in this dispensary in 6 years baffles me every time I encounter someone such as Pablo who is picky and choosey with who he “enforces”. Any given day I ring the bell and show my ID he mentioned not once not two e but a few times to myself you cool just show it in here. It could be a different person and they don't even demand it at the bell only at the inner window. This is suppose to be a patient care facility in a sense this isn’t McDonalds this is a pharmacy. I was not rude or disrespectful and yet to be a tax paying citizen suffering from a few disability trying to find relief its truly disheartening when I come in here and treated as such. Smh do better man
