I've had only a very minor issue with a product. The manager was amazing. He listened. He explained. He made it right. Have had 3 positive experiences here ♡ Would recommend!

I just want to start off and say MAJOR SHOUTOUT to Aiden and Barb for helping my partner and I get some good smoke for our stay. They recommended us some organic cultivars (which was super cool since we don’t have that in IL!) I was so excited to try some new brands. Both of them were super helpful the first day we went in, we ended going back the next day. Coming from people who also work in the Cannabis industry, this was 1000% our home away from home. You guys gave the exact type of friendly, warm, and inviting energy that we have. This is definitely going to talked about for awhile back home. With love from Illinois, we will definitely be back ❤️ 🍃 (Ps that rosin cart was the glue to keeping us sane with the in-laws!)
