I had a great experience at Hey Bud in Burlington and wanted to give a shout-out to Sumner and Sophie. The selection is excellent, especially since they grow many of their own products. I picked up a variety of items, including pre-rolls, ground flower, gummies, cartridges, and finally some of their own flower because I didn’t want to leave town without trying what they cultivate themselves. What really stood out was the customer service. After I got back, I realized part of my order seemed to be missing. I returned to the store prepared to purchase it if I hadn’t paid for it. Sophie looked up my order, immediately remembered me, confirmed what had happened, and made it right without any hassle. That level of honesty and customer care says a lot about the team. Sumner and Sophie were both knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to answer questions, offer thoughtful recommendations, and even suggested a couple of places my daughter might enjoy before we headed out of town. If you’re in the Burlington area and want quality products backed by people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend stopping by Hey Bud. Thanks again, Sumner and Sophie, for making us feel right at home.
