Go here if you want an 18year old girl to be rude to you and insult you while you buy cannabis . 1/10 experience

I picked up a Super Silver Haze preroll from Kingdom Canna. I specifically asked if this was the OG landrace SSH or something else with a stolen name, cause I rarely see the legit strain. She said she didnt know, but assumed it was genuine. I also couldn't smell the preroll before buying it and they didn't have buds. Okay, I'll take the gamble. It was not. SSH has a very distinct small and taste, this was not it. Not only that, it was clearly shake. The taste and burn was bad and it had no defining characteristics, just tasted like burning a plant. Prerolls made with shake are garbage tactics and mislabeling is so lame, so the growing company itself is what sucks. This store needs to be more discerning and the cashier was abrasive, which wasn't awesome. I asked if they carried CBD and she responded so annoyingly judgmental (so bizarre) that she even commented on it after. Just a stupid experience overall. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is a convenience dispensary. It’s late hours and proximity to bars nearby make it a helpful location. That being said, the product is terrible, dry, and close to date. Expect rude staff as well.

My boyfriend and I went here last minute because it was in the area. We looked at their site and it seemed as the tax was already built into the price. When you go to check out you see it broken down. For example, we were going to purchase something listed as $27.00 on the site, when you add that item to cart you see the actual price is lower than $27 but that with the tax it is $27.00 total. We planned on spending no more than $30 since we were just looking for something quick to smoke. When we went in to get the items (we had reserved them online with the final price) the lady checking us out randomly told us it would actually be closer to $40. We were confused where the extra $10+ was tagged on since tax had already been considered. Instead of trying to finalize the sale or help us find something else the lady working was very rude and impatient (store was not busy at all or maybe I would understand her irritation) We were willing to find something else to purchase until faced with her terrible attitude. We decided to leave and find somewhere else. Not very transparent pricing, and not great customer service overall.

Really great customer service! I went tonight, and the man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable in helping me get the right preroll and was so friendly. Thank you so much for making my night!
