Best customer service in the area. Friendly, helpful staff is knowledgeable minus the pretentious, OTC (over-the-counter) zombie banter. Bright, small interior is welcoming and product is displayed on large, easy-to-read menus. A perfect location for any first-time dispensary visit. Sorry, kids- #GrownFolksParty - must show I.D. at door. RECOMMENDED.

Really happy to find these guys. It's more affordable than dispensaries by me on Long Island plus they are incredibly patient & helpful! I go monthly and have never had any negative experiences. Recommend them highly!

I’ve been coming to Terp Bros in Astoria for almost three years now, and it’s been amazing watching them grow into one of the best businesses in Queens. From day one, you can tell this isn’t just another dispensary. They genuinely care about the community, education, and making every customer feel welcome. Jeremy, the owner, has built something special. You can see how much pride he takes in the business, from supporting local events and neighborhood charities to bringing exclusive brands and drops to Queens before anyone else. The community events they host throughout the year always bring great people together, and you can tell they truly invest back into Astoria. Ethan, the Head of Operations, keeps everything running incredibly smoothly. Every visit is organized, the store is spotless, and the team is always prepared with new products and recommendations. The recent Wizard Trees launch was another example of how Terp Bros always seems to stay ahead with exclusive releases and top-tier brands. Crystal has become one of my favorite budtenders anywhere. She’s knowledgeable without ever making you feel rushed, listens to what you’re looking for, and always takes the time to explain the differences between products. You leave feeling confident in your purchase instead of just being sold something. One thing that really separates Terp Bros is how much they invest in educating both their staff and customers. The team is always learning directly from the brands they carry, and it shows. Whether you’re new or experienced, they make sure you understand what you’re buying and why it might be a good fit. They also have an Ozone Park location now, which is just as welcoming, but the Astoria store still feels like home. Whether it’s exclusive drops, community events, local partnerships, or just consistently excellent customer service, Terp Bros has earned its reputation as one of the top cannabis dispensaries in Queens. Congratulations to the whole team on coming up on your third anniversary this fall. Businesses that put their community first deserve to succeed, and Terp Bros is proof of that. Looking forward to many more years of supporting this incredible local business. Five stars without hesitation.
