I purchased a different brand of cart than my normal and it immediately clogged/oozed. I brought back the product & receipt, and was told by the person working the front counter that this specific brand is known to have issues. So then tell me why when a manager reviews it, I’m told “too much product is missing” to validate an exchange?! You have the product and you can clearly see it’s oozed straight out the cart and into the packaging I ever so carefully placed it back into - it’s not as if it was consumed. Why have a policy if you won’t even honor it? And for any consumers reading, steer clear of Kynd vapes.

So I went in today because it was closest to my job but I saw the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen in there working. I think she brought my order up but I couldn’t even think when I saw her face and all I wanted to do was make her laugh. God her eyes were unreal and she was just as sweet as she was pretty. (Which is rare) but I actually love the cart I bought but it’s not helping me get her out of my head?? Idk she left a huge impression on me for who she is cause of her genuine vibe and kind energy. I won’t soon forget her.

I typically come here to get my carts but today was horrible. Nobody was on the floor apparently from what I was told which is fine no big deal, but I had never been rushed out of there so quickly to make a decision on top of not being able to see what I was even buying. Definitely not the experience I'm typically used to getting when I come in here nor am I a fan of ever buying something without even seeing the product to begin with. Seems like the older lady had an attitude today.

Do not buy pre rolls from here. They are so loosely packed that all the bud slid right out.
