Was waiting in the driveway thru for an hour and because it was 1046 they refused me...... I will not be going back to certified because of this

The worst dispensary experience in Dayton. I’ve gone there 4 separate times and I’ve left with a successful purchase once. Service is painfully slow (people in line are sitting on the ground like they’re in line at an amusement park and that is not an exaggeration) and their policies are so inconvenient and not clearly stated somewhere, and they’re complicated (you can use the drive-thru on the third Thursday of the month when the moon is waxing gibbous and your cash is all dated before 1997 and it’s open until 11:00 PM but roped off at 10:00 PM so you can’t actually enter it). No one that works there seems to have the will to live and I don’t really blame them because I’ve lost the will to try to give them money myself. Go literally anywhere else.

The most logistically-flawed dispensary in Dayton. If you’d like to wait for up to an hour for your cannabis, please buy here. Wait longer if it’s drive thru. At this location, they prioritize walk-in orders so if you place your order before you arrive, as their website suggests, don’t bother. You are gonna wait. They tend to freeze their preorder lanes so they can better prioritize the people who haven’t bothered to familiarize themselves with menu (they’re gonna spend more) Never buying here again.

I enjoy the products I get from here. Thinking sometimes be understaffed but overall a good experience every time I go here

Pretty good dispensary overall except whenever it gets busy. 8 registers, 2 employees taking care of customers 4 employees standing around watching, doing nothing at all. Average time at counter for a preorder 5-10 minutes. Major scheduling and planning error.
