Awful service. I’ve worked in customer service for more than a decade and to come in and pay for a service that doesn’t want my money? Tells me if I have any questions to ask… therefore I ask about oz prices, a customer next to me says learn how to read they are listed on the jars! For real? I said excuse me and he (customer) starts calling me multiple names The budtender asks me to leave?!? I responded “your customer calls me names, I’m here to spend money, are you serious?” And yes I was booted. Best wishes to gaining customers with service like that.

Friendly, well informed staff, everything is clear to see the prices on & they offer several great deals on the daily! They have a Small Glass shop inside with local glass artists in a separated room. Love going to this shop. Parking is very tricky to get into due to thier being minimal lots available!

**Edited 9/28/25** This place has gone downhill quickly. Very often I'll pull up and the stores open light are on but when you get to the door there's a sign taped up that says "Back in 15 minutes". Every week there seems to be a new employee working the counter. They all tell me different things and overall they just don't seem to care the way previous employees have. One of them even flat out lied. Just last week one of the bud tenders was super stoked about a specific strain that had just come in. He told that he'd been smoking it and it was really good and so I bought some. I enjoyed it but when I went back in 2 days later, the same guy was there and so I told him that I liked it and wanted some more. He looks right at me and says something along the lines of, "oh yeah I've been meaning to try that one" as if he didn't just tell me he'd been smoking it 2 days prior. Out of convenience I've continued to come here but sadly after all of this recent stuff, I'll probably start shopping elsewhere. **end of edit** I've been living in Coos Bay for about a year and this is the best shop in town! Extremely friendly and laid back staff that are all very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. This place has a great selection of flower, which is the main thing I shop for. The quality and prices are amazing and they're always getting in new product. They have some good daily deals and the point system is a huge bonus as well. I can't recommend this place enough.
