Visited Modern Forest on 4/20 expecting strong promotions and knowledgeable staff. The store was empty—so there was no excuse for the level of service I received. An employee approached me, but when I asked about current deals, he told me to “look in front of me.” That’s not customer service. When I mentioned I prefer lemon/lime terpene profiles, he said their products don’t come with terpenes—which is factually wrong and shows a serious lack of product knowledge. To make it worse, he appeared more focused on talking with a coworker than helping the only customer in the building. On a day built around cannabis sales and culture, this kind of dismissive, uninformed interaction is unacceptable. Management should take a hard look at how their staff represents the business.
