Complete TRASH ive been in the program over 6yrs even used this location now today they won't fill my order bc my Google name doesn't match my real name then ask me to change so they can take my money 🤣🤣 id rather never smoke again...I'll continue to use their other locations as long as they don't pull the same BS this one did

I’ve gone to this dispensary for over a year and haven’t had a problem with customer service or anything. I have gone only a few times since March as the deals have been terrible. I was a regular who would go several times a month and hit the tiered rewards, but the deals are so bad now that I go to other dispensaries. Trulieve is running great deals all the time so I would recommend going there if you are a patient reading this. Liberty if you see this you know are losing customers with your lack of good deals. Do something. Until then since you have ran the same shitty deals for over a month I will be going to Trulieve. Liberty used to be my favorite and I would only go there now I can’t. Thank you Liberty

I'll travel a little further to be treated by the folks at the Liberty Cranberry location. To be clear, their employees are superior to other locations employees (Yea, even yours!). To be clearer, these angels deserve public internet praise and more... Thanks for making me feel welcome, every time. Even when I present my card the wrong way.

It feels like a warm embrace every time I enter this store. Every single employee is so knowledgeable and personable, they truly couldn’t have a better staff. 10/10

I cannot believe the audacity of this company. Advertising prices online that they say, are subject to change at the register, but when you have a person that's been shopping there for years spending tens of thousands of dollars over the last year, you would think that when they advertise something online and you drive .Forty minutes to get there, that they would honor that sale period it's absolutely pathetic that they are losing a customer over a few dollars. I do like the people there, but the management is absolutely horrendous.

My mother has a specific prescription prescribed by her doctor. The "pharmacist" filled the prescription from the script that was in his computer system. The medication was COMPLETELY wrong. Not slightly wrong. Majorly wrong. Of course they will not let her return it all due to regulations and have not offered even an equal store credit even thought everything she bought is useless to her and it was completely the stores fault. Her doctor said in all his years in this specialty he has never seen such incompetence and that she should never go back to this store to purchase.
