  Couldn’t find the entrance. Found one but they said it was a disability entrance and I wasn’t allowed to use it. Waste of time with lack of clear signage.

  Vet low stock. Redundant. Monotonous. We need and want GARDEN SOCIETY and it’s gone and the choices have dwindled. Framingham stock is amazing. It’s just this location

  I’ve been a loyal customer at Sunnyside since it first opened, and the customer service has always been exceptional. Sadie and Jon are phenomenal at what they do—they’re knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently make every visit a great experience. After reading other reviews, I’ve noticed a common theme that I completely agree with: the lack of product availability and brand variety. I would love to see more options brought back, especially the Good News Infused Pre-Rolls. If I’m not mistaken, that’s an in-house product, so I’d really like to see it return to the menu. The staff is outstanding—I just hope the product selection can once again match the quality of the customer service.

  its mind boggling to create your own products in the same building and still sell them while faulty. i appreciate the "7 days to call or bring faulty items back". only for products to break after the timeframe? just make the default a month. you sell medical. this isnt recreational. this is supposed to HELP people. the disposable vapes have given me issues almost EVERYTIME. i didn't even consider people could sell LIGHTERS that dont work. insanity. also, the % discounts should be automatically applied. putting 5 items in the cart to maximize the deal is usually not even worth it. you still pay a ton trying to reach it. i genuinely never bother leaving reviews. but for me to finally get my medical card and have to deal with these things are discouraging as all hell. i just wanted help from the cannabis products. not min/max'ing the best prices for faulty things. other than that the staff is very friendly. makes me feel bad leaving a negative review.

  Now this is a medical only. Some of the great staff has left unfortunately. But still a nice little medical dispensary. Friendly, clean... Knowledgeable. Edit: in response to the company's response it would be a five-star review but the last time I was in there they still had no loyalty program. Cresco not willing HOWEVER I've not been there in a little while because of all the ones that have open near me over the bridge. Even the new rec dispensary nearby is giving discount just for showing the medical card. And also rewards. So they've started a rewards program let me know! It will be five stars!

  I have been coming to this store since it opened. It is near my house like in walking distance. It is one of the very few medical dispensaries not to mention like the only dispensary that is medical only in the city of Fall River. Why are you trying to kill it? And what I mean by this is I have steadily watched you remove product over the last few years. It's like you don't want people coming to this store. Please fix it. Bring product back we need tinctures we need edibles we need beverages You need a lot more product.

  It’s not a terrible place. The Choices for flower in my opinion are scarce and they need to Improve tremendously In that sector, the dispensary is clean. The staff is welcoming, but they’re just really isn’t anything to make me want to come back over and over it needs a revamp big time.

  Was accused of cursing under my breath after waiting15 minutes for 1 customer to decide.i deny cursing, just said its about time as she was leaving.manager was very confrontational, and he embarrassed me in front of worker and other customer.Lost a client for life, horrible service.

  Update: just got my meds at another dispensary that scanned barcode and had my physical card for medical, same pic too. Like I said go somewhere else! Just drove 20 mins back here after manager ? Told me this morning that I needed the print out of my license well waiting for replacement, I had forgot it so came back here another wasted trip and I won’t be back. Same manager told me he said he needed physical card with print out well if I had my license I would not have a need for the print out! Go to another Dispensary I’m medical too so this makes me quite upset no wonder why you guys are never open! He wanted to argue with me too and I couldn’t get out of there quick enough I asked guy checking me in for my med card and license print out with bar code! 🤡 I won’t ever be back sketchy parking lot anyways!

  Went in for high dose edibles, did not have any and it’s not worth buying 5 packs to get the same results. Shelves looked empty but Staff was great, store was nice and clean.

  The staff here is better than 90% of the city, but the selection is non existent. No ounces , no 14g options. No rosin and no 1g carts. NEA has selection consistently. Save yourself the time go somewhere else.
