I have been a loyal Bountiful Farms customer for years, dating back to when the Natick location was medical-only. Unfortunately, my experience at the Framingham location on July 29, 2026, was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I arrived to pick up an online order placed under my husband’s account, something I have done without issue in the past. The budtender was polite, but after consulting with a female lead who was not wearing a name badge, the interaction became hostile. She immediately rolled her eyes, spoke to me disrespectfully, brought up an unrelated interaction from weeks earlier, and ultimately told me, “Walk out. We’re not serving you.” When I asked for her name so I could file a complaint, she laughed and said, “Report me,” but refused to identify herself. The manager later told me they suspected I was picking up the order for someone else, but what disappointed me most was not the policy—it was the way I was treated. I remained respectful throughout the entire interaction, yet I was left feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and racially profiled. I encourage Bountiful Farms to review the security footage from that day and address how customers are treated, especially by employees in leadership positions. Loyal customers deserve professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

Had a wonderful experience shopping here. The guy at the door was chill and had some good convo. First time shopping here and i was very impressed by the store layout. It was clean, new, upscale, and well managed. I was helped by Jojo who was extremely kind, welcoming, and down to earth. I was able to max my allotment on the exact product i was looking for, and I was out the door in less than 2 mins. Thank you bountiful farms!

Great spot I’ve been shopping bountiful farms for over 4 years I love their product especially for the price, one thing I must say their new 1g disposables are not good rosin it self is but the hardware is bad taste burnt after 2 hits which is sad considering it’s a glass avd vape but their .5 disposables are great! Never had a issue with those

The mass mmj market is racing to the bottom, but you can usually find a strain/grower that has worked for you in the past and purchase a product that makes you feel something. Bountiful farms, formerly UpTop, seems to only keep in stock old, ineffective flower that they were able to buy from growers for cheap. Really unfortunate because I can walk to this place from my apartment. I’ve gone here 10 times over the past 4 years, and have never gotten a product that’s actually gotten me stoned.

I just went to Bountiful farms last night for the first time. They are both medical and recreational. It was a joy to walk in their. As soon as you walked in the area was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to the Budtenders. Shout out to James, thanks for calling them "Wisdom" discounts instead of senior citizen discounts. 🥰🫂 It was so good to see staff from the previous dispensary their too! Their was a lot of merchandise out to pick from and to look at with various discounts and reward points. The prices are good too! I would give Bountiful farms a 10 out of 10. I will be definitely going back and recommending it.
