  Changing everything, once again I show up at 1pm on a Tuesday and there’s 10 people in the waiting room with no one at the front desk. Waited 30 minutes to get checked in then another 20 minutes before I had to leave while still being like 8th in line. Hour lunch break wasted and got nothing. That will be my last time I ever go. It’s ridiculous and I’m sure someone will comment on this and say oh no I’ll look into that and we’ll fix it. You didn’t fix anything you made it worse with employees who hate working.

  I've tried to place 2 different orders. They both were canceled. I called to inquire why my orders were canceled. And of course, no one answers the phone on either time. I called and of course you've guessed it. The voicemail is full. I'm not sure why. Yall have the recording set up like that where you would think that it would be options for you to press a button, but It just goes to the voicemail, then immediately tell you that the voicemail is full and you can't leave a message Goodbye, that's not helping me with my problem today.

  It’s always a nice experience at this dispensary. They’re very helpful and being a medical patient. I go right through, I’ve never had an issue with anyone here. I’ve had my medical card for about six years.

  Placed on hold 3 times to inquire upon my order that was cancelled for 30 mins on hold and was not given a proper response. I was very direct and to the point upon my call. The individual who picked up was not professional at all. Customer service here is non existent upon certain individuals working upon this location. When visited my 1st time, they seem to always be busy as sometimes they don’t have an individual in the front desk to properly guide you through the clear doors they have to bring you into the product as they have to scan your ID to enter the main doors. The waiting room is small and can get cramped up with ppl waiting. Once a budtender is available, they will scan your id to come into the main room. Then we wait in line again until some budtender is available. They don’t properly introduce themselves but the 1st question out their mouth is do you know what you want? Crazy Then the website doesn’t display what they have in store in actual time nor prices. The prices can be cheaper in store than online?¿ *** THERE IS NO DISCOUNT WHEN ITS YOUR 1st TIME as recreational*** When reading the small print. It is for medical card users as other stores do give you a 1st time purchase discount for recreational. When asked about this they said: Are you a rewards member¿ - nothing after. I actually was and didn’t say much as I thought after giving them my ID they would associate my purchase with my account to receive points but that didn’t happen. When it’s your turn you have to be quick as they seem to get frustrated due to the line they have and not have patience. Luckily I knew what I wanted and was out quickly. Checked to see if my points were added after my purchase, days later and nothing was associated. I just don’t like how some ppl working here seem entitled, you’re here to work for the ppl not the other way around. Remember that.

  This a good spot just bad with timing they close at 10pm but close the door at 9:30 even if you 2-3 mins pass 9:30 they won’t let you in that’s messed up other dispensary’s will accommodate

  I didn’t have anything against this place until today. Petty cashier lady with the lip piercing. I came in with my boyfriend today, June 18th. Bought and left until I walked outside . My long time friend stopped me and we spoke outside the store . Unfortunately ,when I wanted to walk in to buy more ; the cashier lady told me she was going to call the police on my friend because she didn’t have her ID with her and because I ended up talking to my friend and proceeded to not allow me to buy . I understand if my friend was a minor , but the fact that somehow having a decent conversation and trying to buy more makes it an issue . Nobody had an issue except for the petty lip piercing lady all due to the fact that she watched me on camera talking to my friend. She was so quick so assume and accuse . Never again.

  I arrived on time & i was denied entry from picking up my medical purchase by closing 30 minutes early. Just change the time to 9:30PM for the store so you wont waste peoples time anymore like you just did to me. Be adults and communicate.
