If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I live 25 minutes away from this location and I rushed there as quick as I could to get there and I was in the parking lot on their cameras at their door at 11:53 p.m. when supposedly they close at 11:55 p.m. and I open the door it was locked I knocked nobody responded so I called at 11:54 p.m. still not even at closing time yet and I talked to the lady on the phone sadly I don't remember the name or if it was even given to me. And they immediately responded with hello thank you for calling we're closed at 11:54 p.m. . And I told them that I was standing at the door since 11:53 p.m. and she said she was out there at 11:53 p.m. when she closed it. So obviously 11:55 is not their actual closing time because I bet that door was closed and locked way before that. I'll be getting a hold of the manager I believe her name was Sarah I was told tomorrow and after that phone call I will update this review. Let's see how their manager tries to make this right. Mind you guys I was going in for one thing and I knew exactly where it was and I would have been gone in the 1 minute before they even closed.

I had just got off a plane and needed to stop by somewhere and this was the closest shop that was open. The woman at the counter was wonderful and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Very glad I stopped there.

This place used to be such a good dispensary, but lately, it seems like they just hire anybody. There's a lot of the budtenders that are rude, or don't seem to know what they're doing or selling. I tried to call and speak to a manager to complain about one of the employees being rude and having a shitty attitude and the guy on the phone told me there is shift leads but no managers and that she would tell me the same thing which is that they're sorry but that there isn't anything to be done. Which in my opinion is wierd. It sounds like they just do whatever they want unchecked. On top of the fact that the selection gets less and less and worse and worse everytime I try to go there. There are so many way better dispensaries in this town. Even the lovely buds over on Sprague is better than this one.

Convenient location, staff are mostly friendly but not very knowledgeable about the product in my experiences. They do carry the brands that I like.

Always respectful and professional staff. They have great products and great deals. The line system is a little discombobulating but works :)

Nice store, wide variety, busy but line moves along quickly. Everything was half off today as well which is great since they're kinda overpriced. So it evens out. I got Good tide gummies for 17.50 on sale. Originally $26. (Its way less than $26 in Oregon.)

called to ask a question about stock availability, they were too busy to answer the question which is fine, i totally get it. The issue is the person who answered was extremely rude about it, told me im not doing shopping for you on the phone we are busy and then hung up. All i asked was what flavors they had of something, her response was awful and couldve said “im sorry today was are very busy and i am unable to answer that at this time but would be glad to answer the question another day or checking online is an option” telling me shes not doing shopping and then hanging up sucked and i wouldve rather had them not answer the phone at all if they are gonna be rude for someone asking a single question

Very knowledgeable and great with the recommendations. Love that there isn't the whole cattle shoot like the competition.
