You can watch five or six people wearing merchandise walk around the store. There's only two customers, but apparently gossiping about the carpenter road stores more important than helping customers. Nothing better than wasting 10 minutes. Standing there. Looking like an idiot

Excellent selection, great prices and the staff is friendly enough. I prefer the 420 Carpenter location based on the fact that it's a much bigger building and doesn't feel cramped like West can. I also feel like the staff are more personable. But this company is clearly going the more corporate, commercial, large scale route. I hope they attempt to maintain a customer-centric mission as they grow. In my opinion, since legalization, they've always been the best in terms of product variety, location, hours and price.
