    These people will rip you off if given the chance. They don’t honor their defective return policy and are disingenuous. Go somewhere that appreciates their customers and know how to treat a customer with courtesy and respect. To grab my defective vape cartridge, go in the back room for 10 minutes, then come out and tell me it works but they can’t show me it working is BS. I will never shop here again, (have done so for 5 years) and will recommend my friends and family don’t either. * I thank the owner for responding to my negative review. The person that supposedly “fixed” my cartridge didn’t. After his “fix” the cartridge still would not draw because it is blocked. He wanted to denigrate me by telling me I was trying to “dictate Island Herbs return policy”. I wasn’t. I have top quality ecig batteries and years of experience dealing with them. It wasn’t my battery. It’s $31.00, big deal. I personally refuse to do business with rude employees or the business’ that support them.
