The prices aren't bad but the customer service could use work. The employees make you feel like your an inconvenience for coming in they treat you like your dumb for not knowing what you wanted when you came in. I like to shop around and see what I'm getting and it would be nice if I could do that without them getting annoyed about it. If i can look and see things I generally buy more it's just not very comfortable inside the store. The shop is nicely laid out and it's brightly lit and organized I just wish the people were a bit more friendly.

I have been going here since their opening. They have had my phone number, and I have been in their system earnings points toward future purchases. Then covid hit, and it hit me hard. When I started going back in, I was gone from their system, and all points earned from prior purchases were lost. The prices aren't the lowest in town, but they're fair. The budtenders are very friendly and helpful. I don't like glass pipes, I like wood but since wooden pipes aren't widely available in Spokane, my budtender said she was preparing to send in an order and said she would call me when the wood pipe comes in! I have been to every store and dispensary in Spokane, and Stephanie is the first person to have offered to order a pipe. I usually hear that I should look on line. I prefer to shop local.
