Worst customer service, especially towards men! Every time my husband goes in there he feels like he is treated like a crimnal and they always act like its a problem to help him. Their is only two people in that store that has treated him human, which is the young skater boy, and the young burnette with long hair and nose peircings. Our usual store is Kush 21 which we love all the workers, but thought sense we moved and this one is closer we would go here. But truthfully we would rather drive to kush then to be treated like we ain't paying customers.

I initially had an issue at this location. I've been back a few times, it seems like they took care of the problem, so I'm changing my review. Fantastic location, beautiful showroom. All the people there are great, couldn't ask for more.

If you get a budtender named Amiana, just leave. Rudest employee for apex. Will not be returning. Doesn’t seem like Apex point system is even worth it anyways. I’ve spent a good amount there, and I’ve never been informed of a “reward to use”. Save yourself a trip. Go anywhere but here. You see Amiana save your blood pressure for something worth your time. Cause she wasted my time, with her lack of knowledge. Idk how she even know how miss rule book got hired with her lack of ability to communicate and comprehension toward customers. Absolute horrid employee.

Ohhkay Apex team!! Let me start by saying that I was in there last night (07•10•26) at about 9:45p && I was served by Miss Cheyenne W ..that way y'all know who I'm talking about && can give her her flowers. So I used to come in there to grab oil && you guys never disappointed me when suggestions were given. Lately I've cut back on my smokery, so it's been a while since I've purchased. When I came in last night I mentioned that to Chey, told her I was having a day, wanted a cheap pre-roll, but one that would have me high as a giraffes neck. Not only did she have thee greatest customer service on top of feeling thee exact vibe I was on, but sis understood thee assignment && exceeded expectations. She took a brief sec to scan inventory && came back with one item. I was coo with it, took that thang home, barely hit it three times && was higher THAN a giraffes neck. 😂👏🏾So thanks to Miss Chey ..girl you did ya big one && you're so appreciated love. I had to make sure that was known by not only you, but the whole team.

Great shop. Super friendly helpful staff. Was impressed by the quality of product for the price. A really kind 1/8th for $12….really? Yup. Didn’t dig too deep into their offerings but will be back.

I usually love Apex but I have noticed when you do your online order you have to make sure when they're ringing it up it's what you actually ordered today I put in a order and I didn't check it and by the time I got home I realized four of the items I ordered were wrong but other than that this place is really good

I refuse to buy any more products here with the ATM vendor they use. Shady tactics. This goes for all Apex locations, no more for me. Get a new, non-greedy, shady atm services company.

The struggle to have a basic order for 2-3 joints is almost always some kind of fiasco at this place. If the order doesn’t take several hours to fill, I get to the store and there is some drama with filling it. It’s bizarre. Don’t have this issue at any other weed store in town. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I was a loyal Apex customer for approximately eight years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this organization. On May 29, I used an Apex ATM that failed to dispense cash. Although no money was received, my bank account was immediately debited. I reported the issue to staff right away and spent nearly 45 minutes in the lobby on the phone with my bank. During that time, no one appeared to take ownership of the situation, and the ATM remained available for other customers to use without being marked out of service. The following day, I spoke with a male manager who acknowledged that there had been an outage with the ATM provider. He explained that my transaction, along with those of numerous other customers, had been impacted and that several people had been charged despite not receiving their funds. He assured me that if I encountered any issues obtaining a refund, Apex would assist by providing video footage or working directly with my bank and the ATM provider. Unfortunately, when I called back to request that assistance, I spoke with a female manager whom I believe was named Alesia. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she questioned my credibility because I could not recall the name of the manager I had spoken with nearly two weeks earlier. Given that this incident reportedly affected multiple customers, I found her reaction both surprising and disappointing. Mistakes happen, and technology fails. What matters is how an organization responds when customers need help. In this case, I experienced a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Apex. Customers deserve to feel that their concerns—and their money—are being taken seriously when problems occur.
