Some of the staff don't know how to talk to the customers. Over the past few months I have been hearing some of the staff flat out telling customers that the don't care that people are having a bad day. Not only does it say that a staff member does not know how to use empathy, but it says something about the boss and it's not anything good. You guys need to hire better staff members

Good deals 🤙🏻 Heads up though! Y'all need to quit storing kush mints next to other products. My headband shouldn't taste like mint gum and it's happened a couple times with other strains. Not a fan of the kush mint.

Euphorium in Covington is a standout choice for anyone prioritizing a vast selection and consistent value. The shop manages to balance a high-end, boutique feel with some of the most competitive pricing in the area. The Highlights Vape Selection & Pricing: This is easily one of the best spots for vapes. They carry a massive variety of cartridges and disposables—from budget-friendly options to premium live resins—at price points that consistently beat out many nearby shops. Inventory Depth: The edible and concentrate sections are just as impressive. Whether you're looking for high-potency options or specific ratios, their digital menus are usually packed with a diverse range of brands that cater to all experience levels. Strategic Daily Deals: They run a rotating schedule of discounts that make a big difference. Notably, Tuesdays often feature significant markdowns on vapes and pre-rolls, and they frequently offer "Vendor Days" with deep discounts on specific high-quality brands. Store Experience: The layout is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient, which is great if you want a quick "in-and-out" experience, though they’re happy to talk through the nuances of different strains if you have questions. Between the late-night hours (open until 11:45 PM most nights) and the reliable "Deal Day" schedule, it’s a highly convenient hub. If you’re looking for top-tier products without the "boutique tax," this is the place to go in Covington.
