***Updated Review*** I had an issue with some flower I bought that didn’t meet expectations, and I mentioned it in my original review. Casa Verde reached out right away and handled everything better than I expected. They personally came by, gave me a full refund, and dropped off a complimentary goodie bag along with a flyer for an upcoming event.Their professionalism and genuine care for their customers really stood out. In this economy, having a good experience is something we all hope for, and not every company is willing to go the extra length — but Casa Verde did. That’s why I’m raising my original review from 1 star to 5. I’ll definitely be giving them another try, and I appreciate the effort they put into making things right. Thanks again, Andrew — truly grateful for how well you handled everything!!

Great product selection that doesn't break the bank with staff who are warm and welcoming. Andrew, Tegan, Andy, Thalia, and Brian have excellent recommendations. So happy to have this dispensary as my go-to spot. Check it out Troy!

I have had the pleasure of visiting Casa Verde on numerous occasions over the past several months, and I must express that it stands out as the best dispensary in the Troy, Cohoes, Watervliet, and Menands areas. Not only are the staff knowledgeable but they have consistently shown kindness. I genuinely appreciate the authentic conversations I've had with them. Furthermore, they consistently have great recommendations. What I particularly enjoy about my visits is the ever-growing selection of products they offer. As someone who rather enjoys pre-rolls, I have been impressed with Tegan's suggestion of the Sunday pre-rolls; each one has been a great high. Additionally, Thalia recently recommended the Aeterna Jelly Rancher, which provided one of the most enjoyable highs I have experienced. Genevieve asked if I had tried the Breakfast Connections Blueberry Sour. I initially felt a bit apprehensive as she mentioned it was a blunt, but she clarified that it contained no tobacco. I decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised by its delightful flavor and the quality of the high. I definitely plan to purchase it again. Andrew told me about a new pre-roll brand called Plug Pack, so I selected the Tequila Sunrise. I can confidently say when it hit me like a brick, I mean it hit me like a brick (in a good way). Brian recommended the Smartbud and suggested I might enjoy the CandyLato pre-ground flower. It proved to be an amazing hybrid, a type I do not typically smoke. I am glad that he encouraged me to explore beyond my usual preference towards pre-rolls.

As someone who didn't have any experience with cannabis I found the staff to be super helpful and kind which really eased my anxiety about the whole process. I wasn't and am still not keen on smoking but they have a big selection of edibles to choose from that seems to get bigger every time I visit. They just started selling some of those level protabs and I hope they get the sleep or relaxation ones in the future

Great staff and beautiful store... I have gone there 3 times and always asked for Sativa pre rolls that has a strong fruity taste. Unfortunately today it all tasted like homegrown. After leaving I noticed that 2 pre rolls were clearly labeled Indica. I really want to keep going, but?????
