I am a Medical patient suffering chronic pain. The staff is friendly and courteous. They always have my Internet orders ready when I arrive. My only complaint is that I am limited in the products that I can buy. Why is a recreational user allowed to buy Concentrates such as Hash and I can't? I have to make a separate order and pay tax. Not fair.

The staff is always helpful but there is priority for medical and although you’ve got to upload your ID and medical card they still make you take it out.
- Catherine LyonsJuly 7, 2026
Easy experience. On line order, delivered the next day. I love their service.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. The cashier didn’t care to say hi or how are you, just continued to have a conversation with what seemed to be either a customer or a manager I couldn’t tell due to the lack of professionalism. Really disappointed with this location. I had to say excuse me to get the attention of the cashier to continue my transaction. Really pathetic and uncomfortable.

10 people waiting with one staff member behind counter. Ridiculously Long Wait especially when other staff members (3) were available to take care of the customers.

Left a review here several months ago and had to edit it to make another. The quality of the Bud here is the most subpar out of all the dispensaries in New York. Idk what it is with this place but every time i go its never a good experience. Most times I go to the space because I have no other option or in a hurry and cant go to my usual spot
