They should have honored the website price. Big disappointment

I had a very disappointing experience with Liberty Cannabis in Somerville. I drove approximately one hour from New Hampshire after placing an online order that included a half-ounce of the Wingsuit strain. The product was advertised online as regular flower. However, after completing my purchase and getting back to my car, I noticed the package was clearly labeled “Small Budz.” The issue is that Liberty separately advertises and sells products specifically labeled “Small Budz.” If a product is actually small buds, that should be clearly disclosed in the online listing before a customer purchases it. Small buds are generally considered a lower-tier product and are typically sold for less than regular flower at dispensaries throughout Massachusetts. I immediately called the dispensary to explain that I had received a product different from what was advertised and asked for either an exchange or a refund. They refused both. Despite their online listing not matching the product I received, they offered no solution whatsoever. This wasn’t about trying to return a product because I changed my mind. It was about receiving a product that did not match the way it was represented online. As a customer, I expect a business to stand behind its listings and make things right when a mistake occurs. I hope Liberty Cannabis improves the accuracy of its online product listings and its customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them unless you verify exactly what you’re getting before leaving the store.

it’s honestly hard to beat the prices anywhere in the area. while they don’t have the biggest selection of gummies and seltzers (i’m not much for flower or vapes) for those of us with a medical card, i’m finding my favorites out of what they do have in stock. also super fast pickup for online orders! and i love the credits you get if you use the liberty wallet.

Worst dispensary I ever been too. Rudest employees and the manger even ruder. Ask a question get your head tore off. God forbid someone drops you off in front of the no parking signs and half the time in the morning they open when they want. It’s conveniently near my house but I will be taking the extra 10 minute walk down the street to literally anywhere else.

Matty is amazing! He's the number one reason that I do most of my business here. He never lets me down with his recommendations and just overall does his job very well.
