Please do not buy their pre rolls. I purchased 4 pre rolls today because they had a really good sale going on, when I opened one of 1 gram pre rolls, it looked kinda skimpy. I decided to weigh it without the paper and it was less than half a gram!! And then I weighed with the paper and it still didn’t make it to the 1 gram mark. I checked the other 2, I gram prerolls and they are all short! Not a single one was a full gram! The only one that weighed correctly was the .7g one I purchased but what a shame.

Always very kind workers I went in today and the lady who helped me was very sweet and knowledgeable, the first time I came in I got 60% off I was told I’d get bogo on my next purchase they forgot to mention if you don’t come back within 30 days you don’t get a discount! The clerk apologized for the inconvenience it wasn’t her fault but I’m still very disappointed that no one told me I wouldn’t get a discount if I’m not back within the month.

I purchased Dosi do and cherry on top , these strains had no effect. It affected my sleep which affected my school and work. The proof you ask ? I’m sitting here posting this at almost midnight . All sales final ! No help at all ! I wasted money , time and I have to now pay physically , mentally and emotionally. It was my first time. Never again in my life. I have never been so thrown off. I’m upset . I’m stuck with this and nothing else. This is people medicine and you all are selling low grade stuff . Taking people hard earned money and take no accountability in faulty products.

Updated rating. I note this for the gainsville location as I was visiting, but was the worst feeling I have had with the lady staff member at gainsville store at 540 pm ET. I understand i dont have a fast mind. I felt was not smart enough to speak with her. She was nice and was not rude per se' but spoke very fast and was mad cause I didn't get it. I asked her to slow done and help me I was mad but did not yell are be mean I asked stuff because she was fast. I cant follow as fast. She said twice. We'll if you dont interrupt me. At the end i just looked down and wanted to leave and go somewhere else. She never asked if I understood but I was so lost. I should not feel this way at MUV. I understand as long as i am at my home store its ok, being slow is not welcome at MUV gainsville b csreful My home store is ormond 5 stars and I have never felt like this there or anywhere else 😔
