Placed an order, received an email for pickup. When I arrived, I was told the security guard wasn't there, so I had to wait about 10 min. 30 MINUTES LATER, I was still waiting. Extremely frustrating, and kind of janky at best. Don't see myself going back, and will rescind all the positive reviews I gave my friends.

I recently made an online purchase from Mint Dispensary in Forest Park for 14g of Winter Break flower. When I arrived at the dispensary, I received my order and left the store. After removing the product from the bag, I noticed that the sealed jar I was given was actually labeled “We’re Just Getting Started” instead of the Winter Break product I had ordered. The Mint Dispensary Forest Park sticker on the jar matches the product information on my receipt, including package number 1A41503000008FD000197129, and identifies the product as Winter Break. However, the manufacturer’s sealed label on the jar clearly identifies the product as “We’re Just Getting Started.” These two labels do not match. I returned to the dispensary to ask for clarification and resolve the issue. I was told that Daze Off had mistakenly placed the wrong sealed label on the jar, and that I actually had the correct product despite the conflicting labeling. I find this explanation very difficult to accept. A mislabeled cannabis product is a serious concern, and as a consumer, I have no way to verify what I am actually receiving or consuming. What was most disappointing was that the dispensary refused to inspect other jars for comparison or exchange my unopened product for one that was labeled correctly. My only request was to receive flower that was accurately labeled so I could be confident about the product I purchased. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. The labeling discrepancy was not caused by me, yet I am being expected to accept a product with conflicting information and no reasonable resolution. As a customer, I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience and loss resulting from this error. I also hope Mint Dispensary reviews its quality control procedures to help prevent similar situations from affecting other customers.

Walking into this brand-new dispensary, I was blown away by the meticulous attention to detail right from the start. It’s rare to see a new business operate with such seamless precision from day one. Every single step—from the warm, professional welcome at the door and the thorough verification process, to the actual consultation and sale—was executed flawlessly. The team’s superior product knowledge is next-level; they didn’t just rattle off names, but took the time to explain effects, proper usage, and terpenes to ensure I made the right choice. What truly sets this place apart is that everyone is genuinely concerned with doing everything the right way. They dot every "i" and cross every "t" to ensure strict compliance, safety, and accuracy with every transaction. It is so impressive to see all the careful steps they take to guarantee everything is done properly for the customer. For a new spot in our neighborhood, they are already operating like seasoned pros. Wishing this phenomenal team the absolute best of luck in the future—you've already gained a loyal customer!
