Was just in and helped by Giavani and his co-worker. Was having a sucky day and they both helped me with my order and a misunderstanding on my part, long story short they did something nice and I was so surprised to catch a break it didnt click till I just got home now. Anyway, thank you again, great service, will recommend!!

NO NAME was the most chill and helpful dispensary I’ve been to. The decor is amazing — they have a long history in the area, and the name actually comes from the graphics shop they’ve owned and operated for years. John and Tom have been super informative since my first visit months ago, along with the friendly girl I met last time. How many dispensaries decorate with vintage motorcycles?! So rad. There are SO many cool details throughout the shop if you take it all in. Then the products — the selection is better than anywhere else I’ve been, with something for everyone. It also makes a real difference that the points system actually accrues fast. NoName is different from everywhere else in the best ways: visually interesting, old school & built BY the people you see… Not another generic grey industrial slop design. Everyone was totally laid back & knowledgeable. They are the kind of people I’m naturally comfortable around and trust, and that counts for a lot in 2026. I don’t even usually write reviews! but I felt like the word should be spread for anyone on the fence. As a single mom on a limited income~ NoName is *absolutely worth* spending your money with, locally, with people who grew up in the area, earned every bit of what they’ve built by hand & therefore truly care. The atmosphere, lineup, prices, and originality make this an *authentically* unique Troy spot a staple. Support local!

They have a wide variety of Marijuana products from different growers, my favorite gummies, great deals on pre roll packs and the best rewards program I've ever seen at any business of any kind. Nice layout too with a little charm, not too "apple store shiek" like most dispensaries. Also everyone who works there is helpful, kind, and incredibly stunningly attractive. Its wild honestly.

Terrible service from this company. Staff were incredibly rude, which I could forgive on its own, except the product tastes like pure chemicals and burns terribly. You'll literally get better business and more bang for your buck buying off of any porch in the city. I wish I was joking. If you're looking for a place to be met with hostility and pesticide-tasting bud, you've found your Mecca. Otherwise, shop literally any place else.

Terrible selection, terrible service, overpriced and embarrassing staff.
- Ian DeSouceyMarch 26, 2026
Clerk was a rude little prick to my partner. Scoffing at them in their face for asking for a menu. Didn't check IDs at any time. And tbh insufferable hipster affect across the whole place.
