    Worst drive-thru experience in Columbia. I waited over 15 minutes as the next car in line, which defeats the entire purpose of a drive-thru. If a car can’t be served within 5 minutes, staff should direct them inside instead of holding up the line. Employees were also unprofessional when I mentioned the wait. Management needs to fix this.

    Im done! Disabled with med card. Did lots of business here for a few years untill Fresh Karma opened. I was glad to get away from Shanghai-la because of consistent order issues. Decided to stop in today after not coming in for months. The lady was impatient with me, wasn't helpful, 2 items I came in for were out of stock yet listed as in stock on the website. I settled for 2 items that im not sure work for me, one was a different price than was listed, come to find out she gave me the wrong strain, that's why it was $10 more and lower thc. Can you imagine if the pharmaceutical industry operated this way! Im done, Never again. Edit after owner response. Its been 100s of times over years. What could you possibly offer? I was even RUN OFF by the door guy once because he claimed I wasn't properly presenting my med card, I left and went somewhere else. Im happy at Fresh Karma thank you.
