    First time customer who bought multiple items. However, first item opened was a 2g sundrenched Moscato float cartridge that leaked constantly and only lasted 4 days. I thought it was leaking because I left it on but nope it seems to just be defective. Very disappointed for my first experience. However, they have contacted me and are willing to replace it free.

    Not friendly at all. Makes you think you’re in a trap house. My pre rolls were all under weight. Will not use again. I’ve never made a bad review about any company of any type. But this place sucks. You can see the difference. In the photos between a normal pre roll and the pre rolls I got from this place. Idc if it’s a distributor or what, I’ve never experienced this.

    I used to go to Muv to get what I needed. But I decided to go to surterra because it was close to my house and I liked Muv. I am so glad that I made the change. Everyone who has checked me out gave me their attention. Yesterday I was there and the girl KC helped me out and she was patient and kind, knowledgeable and she didn't make me feel weird or awkward. Everyone who has checked me out was able to give me the time to listen to my injury and understand what exactly I needed. There are so many terpenes it is impossible to learn them all and what their effects are and how much they have in each product and which combination or in each product. It's so overwhelming and every time I go the person that checks me out is understanding and is able to pick out the best products for me. And the best type of product. There's so many different methods of taking THC that in itself can be scary. The manager I think his name is Matt has been able to pinpoint terpenes for me and suggest a product for me that works. There's two other people that have been exceedingly helpful in helping me save money by helping me buy the product that will have the quickest, longest effect and last for a few weeks which saves me money. The times that I have gone to surterra I haven't had to wait in line longer than 2 people in front of me in line. The lines move quickly so you don't have to wait long. I don't know how to explain this part of it because I was always against the use of THC but when I stops being so close-minded and hard-headed about it and tried it, I realized it was nothing like I thought it was. And the people behind the counter helped me not feel embarrassed, or ashamed that I'm using marijuana. They are very sensitive to me as a person dealing with my emotions of taking THC. They help me reduce the anxiety if feel picking out the products that help make me feel confident in how and what I'm using to use THC for my pain from multiple car accidents. It's my home for buying the meds I need to overcome my PTSD of my accidents and the injuries I'm left with. I feel so much better taking THC than I do. Hydrocodone or oxycontin because it's natural. It's not a man-made substance which gets you high and makes you have a distorted personality while you're on it. I feel that the products I get from THC help me manage my life outside of my pain better. And that is the key that everyone checking me out has helped me with. Their friendliness helps me have confidence in not only that I'm taking the right strain but the confidence to Make me feel right about taking it. I'm sure there's other people out there that understand how I feel and have grown up learning that drugs are bad. But marijuana is different for me because of learning the truth about it. They have explained to me their procedures and how they grow their own strains. I didn't mean to this review to turn out so long, but if you're like me and have a controversial feeling over, just taking it. Once you get your card, go to surterra. You will not regret it.
