Let me explain the 2 stars. Cute dispensary set up like a grocery store with shopping carts. A nice host greets you and checks I.D. When I got to the checkout area to pay the cashier was was rude. I complimented the set up of the shop, She didn't say anything.

I don’t leave reviews so this one really bothered me. I feel like I am a loyal customer to green pharms. I typically only shop at this location. I always have a good experience and love the team Yesterday they had a power outage, which I completely understand is annoying and frustrating. BUT when I got there I was told we wouldn’t be able access to the ATM so I was understanding and drove down to Circle K to get cash and came back. I had no issues shopping and looking for what I needed when I returned. My issue is when I was leaving. I made a comment once checking out “it’s weird not getting a receipt” since their system was down and couldn’t print. The manager said while I was walking away “it’s weird not getting a tip” since I didn’t tip.. I think it was uncalled for and rude since I had gone out of my way to come back and purchase things from them AND picked out all my goodies on my own.. Disappointing..

Cool concept except when your price tag under the product says 25 and then the employee checks it, sees it says 25 but you tell me it's 30. I honestly think it should have been honored.

I just went in after a long while and it looked so different but was pretty cool! The greeter was sweet and helpful and I needed help from a bud tender and Daisy did just that! What I got there was awesome, but she really deserves the 5 stars. With her help I understood what I was looking at and looking for and she is just amazingly kind and one of the good ones in this world. When I came in I was so deeply sad and having one of the roughest days in a while. Thank you, Daisy. 🌼 🫶🏼
