  High high end THC depot. So cool here. The female bud tender with cool eyes is also cool herself. Deep deep convo. Very unexpected and refreshing. All product mostly organic which just goes without saying given this place's class.

  This store is the best, however Im told another company bought them out and will be removing the best part of the store, the lil showroom window boxes, biggest mistake this new company is going to make, they will see by the drop in customers because we already will not be returning once the new company takes over, I believe its called Jars, we went to one in vegas and give it a - 10 sonetimes things are left better the way they are 😔

  I would have given Botanica 5 stars because they're very friendly and the store is beautiful. But once you order on the floor, they pack your order up in the back (out of view) and then hand it to you in a sealed pouch. I opened the pouch when I got home, and they had given me the wrong product. I recommend you check the bag they give you before you leave. @Botanica, consider letting customers inspect their order before you seal the bag.

  On the website menu they have started putting "sponsored" products at the top of the list. Even when you filter for price being listed from low to high on flowers, there will be "sponsored" concentrates more expensive than everything else on the list. No other dispensary does this. This morning they had canamo brand half off. The price for 3 grams of concentrate was $25 marked down from $50. By time i get off work in the afternoon they switched the prices to full price for any canamo concentrate over 1 gram. It's one thing to be stingy and not even do half-price on anything over 1 get another thing to advertise it in the morning and then take it away later in the day cuz you forgot that you don't want to give people the discount.

  botanica is one of my top favorite dispensaries in tucson! i especially love its convenient NW side location and they always have great products, they rotate strains, and they always have something new for me to try. i also love that everyone recognizes me and most of their staff remembers my name. thanks for being so awesome, botanica staff!! 🫶🏻

  I absolutely love this dispensary and the express lane is super easy. You can just park in the front and go! Everyone has always been very nice and I also think they have the best 420 day in Tucson with all their swag! I make sure to get a T-shirt every year. If you go right now, you can play some bingo!

  I liked Botanica a lot, until today! I used to visit often, especially when they first opened, and during COVID. Always had good products, albeit a little pricier than other dispensaries in town, but no complaints. Haven't been there in probably close to a year but popped by today after work to pick up a vape. Gave my ID at the front and then was told I needed to speak to the manager about notes on my file. Manager comes out and tells me that I've been banned from the store and they wouldn't serve me. I've had no issues at botanica so I was in shock. I said may I ask what for? The manager wouldn't give me any explanation besides there were notes on my file banning me. I think I'm owed an explanation as to why Im banned as I've never had even the slightest issue there before. I really didn't appreciate the way I was treated or the way it felt with everyone looking at me hearing I was banned and needed to leave. Don't normally leave reviews but this kind of pissed me off. I'm headed to Ponderosa. Same product I was going to buy here for half the price.

  Was told to give them one more chance and they did not fail to disappoint, look at this brown scentless crap. Yes I will judge you by your lowest tear because if you bag it up and put a price tag on it you should have some decency to sell a quality product….😂😂 The staff was nice and friendly and the atmosphere was nice and fancy but if you ask me they should put as much effort into providing actual quality products as they did trying to give a high end appearance. The products seem considerably over priced as well I feel like the clients are the ones paying for all the bamboo and the fancy decor and the over the top luxury vibes. I would have been happier, It was my first time coming here and they offer NO first time patient deals. I almost left when they said that but I figured I’d give their actual products a try I purchased a half of Permanent marker and a half of Guava Tart the guava tart was so bad my wife wouldn’t even smoke it, it is supposed to be a high end product from a high end store grown by somebody with a four year degree and yet it was poorly trimmed with a lot of leaf still on the buds just seemed like it was grown with no effort or care like it was some out door Reggie and the taste was just underwhelming from what I expected from a Guava strain. It was not very potent with little to no effects and even gave me a headache the joint smelled kind of like a stinky seed If possible I would prefer to return this product I would recommend making it better as it was just not worth it. I’m surprised an establishment of this esteem would allow a product like this to represent them . The permanent marker was considerably better with a better smell and flavor profile the trimming on this was actually exceptional with little to no leaf still on it. More pungent and did not give me a headache or smell bad.

  I have been a Botanica customer and loyalty member in one form or another since 2018. I've enjoyed essentially every experience. Not only do they have high quality products but they offer them affordably and always have some kind of fun themed discount day going on. I without doubt can say that Botanica is one of my absolute favorite dispensaries in Arizona.
