Every dispensary in Lakeland is cheaper now, with just as good if not better medicine. I was a loyal customer for 2 years straight, I haven't been since they changed...except to use my store credit.

Avoid this location. I had a deeply uncomfortable experience at the Lakeland store on South Florida Ave (Order #18133807). While waiting in line, two completely available retail agents stood by, ignored me, and forced me to wait. The exact moment I made it to the counter, those two idle agents immediately opened their registers to serve the customers behind me—deliberately stalling and avoiding me while openly laughing and mocking me from behind the counter. When I reached out to corporate to report this hostile and unprofessional customer service, their Asset Protection department completely closed ranks to protect their employees. Rather than addressing the staff's toxic misconduct, they chose to penalize the customer by issuing a blanket ban barring me from all stores. I did absolutely nothing wrong except report awful retail service. They target and penalize paying medical cardholders instead of training their staff to treat people with basic human decency. Take your business somewhere that actually respects its patients. Very high chance of you being discriminated against if your autistic & disabled!!

What's up with the pricing lately? Way over priced compared to other dispensaries in Lakeland. And there's no where to park. The little parking lot is full and hard to get in and out of.
