I have been a customer since the day North Palm Beach opened. Occasionally I would get a vape that would not work and they always stood behind it with a replacement. I try to buy only during a sale so I tend to stock up. Can't believe the other day I took a dud vaporizer in to the store and they said they now only guarantee them for 30 days from purchase. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
