Edit to the dispensary response: Top shelf cannabis is not associated with full price. You pay $30 for a 1 gram vape and charge the consumer over $80 and refuse to discount it lol. I pay for quality not corporate greed. There definitely a disconnect between the knowledgeable staff on location and whoever replies to reviews/emails who isn’t even aware of how there menu works 😂 This week once again they are running the same sale on vapes. Generic 93boyz Bloom Breeze Cresco Daze off Fernway High supply Good news Ic collective Rhythm Nuvato Cheech and cong Hypthen Belushi farms The same exact brands they had on sale last week. The same brands they have on sale every week. Whoever responding to these reviews is condescending and apparently a complete moron……… Must be the same person who responded to my email. What a joke of customer service. I’ll post there list every week to expose how they only offer old product low quality brands for sale. Something seems to have changed with this dispensary. They used to constantly offer sales but they haven’t had a sale on the vapes since 4/20. Only old expired, bad brands are being offered at discount. I submitted a customer service inquiry in regards to potentially offering good brands like northern heights, redemption, etc on sale and how there prices aren’t competitive. I was told they have some 1gram distillate for $25 and they would give me a threaded 510 battery for free lol. They used to be really knowledgeable and reasonable. They never would have recommended garbage product for me before. Maybe their under new management??? I used to shop here all the time. Staff is fantastic but I simply can’t afford to shop here anymore due to everything good being full priced. Almost every other dispensary will either rotate what brands they have on sale or offer some sort of discount based on amount purchased. To be constantly offering full priced vapes for over a month and than to lie about there menu is un acceptable. I would avoid this based on the lack of sales and the extremely uneducated and rude response from their customer service.
