I would never recommend this location to anyone. The inconveniences in this place are absolutely ridiculous. I'll be so happy when we leave this state, it is honestly ridiculous. Washington state was so much better with prices and consideration for customers. I honestly wish there was a different store I could use. At this point we'd probably be better off driving the two hours to avoid the stupidity. I hate Illinois.

I'm so very disappointed, in a place I like to come frequently. They're super ready to help you and take your money. But if any of their products has a problem, it requires an immense amount of time effort frustration irritation an unmeaning platitudes to get nothing for the money you spent. I don't tell anybody not to shop here, but I will not be giving any more of my money to be on hello or any of their franchises, I've been nothing but a loyal customer and you treated me like I was a pest.

Very nice and neat place. Friendly staff. They constantly have good deals going on for everything from flower to extract to edibles. So that's nice. I did drop a star because I'm tired of putting in effort to put an order way in advance just to be behind the in store orders seems there no point in doing it in advance.
