  Trinity in Peoria and beyond hello in Peoria and Bloomington-Normal are significantly better than this place genuinely the beyond hello in Bloomington well worth the trip compared to these disrespectful,entitled, judgmental people that work here they genuinely have a problem if you're mentally slow and don't ask what you need quick enough if you're disabled forget about it go to a different dispensary they don't care..... Hopefully I can get a hold of Robert to rectify this behavior but I have my doubts that they will do anything furthermore I hope to contact the city of Peoria to get them investigated so hopefully a new dispensary can go where is that awful one is......thanks for reading (and to clarify it's only ever been the two women who answer the phone who are the most disrespectful people I've ever I had the displeasure of talking to)

  Ok...so I used to love going here it was my favorite place to go in Illinois, but recently I just haven't been going here as much as I used to reasons being, 1) last couple of times I've gone they have had pretty garbage attitudes, 2) last time or second to last time I went, I got 14gs of the binske brand stuff and the bag they used was not sealed and did not have the zip thing when I opened it, I unfortunately do not know what to do and I am under the impression that I can't get refunded for that so it just sucks...but trinity has been great and their rewards are a lot better if I'm being honest..pictures of the 14gs bag :( \/\/\/\/ EDIT: 9 months later the manager wouldn't do anything go get your med card through any other program who will actually Honor their deals the general workers are great for the most part but they can't change their managers policies EDIT(2): can't even talk to a manager anymore as they are not willing to give out her email, phone number or anything of sorts they say to go in but how/why would I go there if I'm not sure she is at the store..... interesting way of doing business I figured you guys probably have enough money to refund your customers but it looks like I was infact very wrong.... Hopefully I can get a hold of Robert to rectify East Peoria's mistakes clearly the front lady's need to be retained because they don't know how to talk to customers raising their voice when I'm just trying to get information again very interesting way of doing business hopefully Peoria takes away their license and a new better dispensary can be put there because wow never again

  I'm a pretty regular customer in there I'm not here to try to make friends I'm a person that's shopping. But for whatever reason I go in there I don't know if it's because I woke him up from his nap or what but your guys security guard always gives me a dirty look I'm sorry if he's lethargic and he doesn't want to do his job or whatever his problem is but I guarantee you you guys don't want somebody that's a security guard starting crap with your customers and that's what I feel like this guy's doing. Maybe you guys should train him to be more attentive. I go to all these other dispensaries and they have a security guard that's not looking like he's half asleep or lethargic.
