    I really like GG but you should really get someone else to answer the phone instead of the person checking everyone in. I see people mulling around the office not doing much except telling the person who answers the phones to start letting people in. Well if they are on the computer giving customers info they can't check people in...

    For my first time I didn’t think staff were very helpful at all. It’s kind of like an in and out business. Just people rushing in and out. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I typically don’t partake in cannabis and had some questions like even how to use the machine to order. I’m not slow I just had some questions before I spend my hard earned money. Also the front desk man is literally on autopilot. If someone is new take the time to help them and don’t make them feel awkward for asking. Also the front desk man told me it would take like 2 mins. I’ve been here for 30 mins!
