Good place. Plenty of cashiers. Helpful service. Great selection of products. 30% off on my first 3 visits! Bonus! Highly recommended. Also super convenient, just one block from I435.

Delivery here is top notch! I had another delivery place, but I’m so happy I found this option! Way better deals, point system and customer service. They also send tracking which is nice and if you pay by bank, all they need is your signature. Jess is usually my delivery driver and they are awesome! Always so friendly. Every driver I have had is great too!

Bad experience. Poor, disheartening, apathetic customer service experience from the manager. One of the employees forgot to give me my photo ID back and I subsequently missed a concert since I did not have my ID for entry. The next day when I went to pick up my ID, I asked the manager if there was anything she could do to help make up for her employee’s mistake, she said it was my fault and that I needed to be held accountable for forgetting my ID… she said that they would NOT do anything to make up for their mistake. The apathetic response and lack of apology was very disheartening, and honestly, kind of shocking. She could have at least tried to care a little? 😕 I thought I found my new go-to place, but I will take my business somewhere with better customer service. Just a sad situation.

Unorganized mess. Hope you enjoy waiting an hour+ and to watch people get helped before you that came in after you did. Don’t mind paying more for convenience but this place is an inconvenience.

No way there's a full staff here. Always slow, 50/50 chance they'll be someone at the online order window. Go to from the earth down the road you'll be in and out in less than 10. This places service is 👎🏿

Great experience with the people and the vibe of the store. My only small issue is when you place an online order, the total when you get in is 5 or 6 dollars higher than the quoted price online. I understand the debit card fee but that should be included in the price online. That also doesn’t cover the additional 2 or 3 dollars added to the price. This is not a one off. If I’m told 62 dollars online my total when I get in store shouldn’t be 69 dollars.

Prices are insane bud is low quality. Was going to come check out the store but you're prices are the highest I've seen anywhere! I can get 60% thc infused bud 1/8th for 30 at terrabis good day even has better pricing then you. 😞 I honestly thought KC would out do Springfield by far with quality and pricing but all dispensaries up here think they're product gold. Then wonder why people still buying off the streets y'all need to check out terrabis and good day in Springfield they can teach y'all something up here for real.
