called in and Nathan gave me the most succinct info, that kind of instant recall knowledge base takes a sharp mind, anyways phenomenal interaction. Headed to the Blue Ridge Cutoff location now! All my gratitude.

I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries in the city, but Emerald Garden in the River Market is hands down my favorite. The staff is super friendly and really knowledgeable, and you can tell they care about their customers. The product selection is fantastic, high-quality, fresh, and a great variety. They really do have the best cannabis in the city. If you’re looking for something you can trust, this is the place. I’ll keep coming back! Also, the guy below does not know what he is talking about this is literally the best cannabis!

This business pretends to act like a cannabis store when instead they are just a vape place that sells CBD. It’s my fault for being duped and after I saw other reviewers who also had a similar experience. This is not a dispensary and their products are high price and genuinely they’re scammers. I never want to review and leave a bad reputation for a business but these people are genuinely awful and will Sell you highly overpriced skunk. Should have called the police on them for pretending to act like a dispensary to take advantage of customers with their name.

I have a very easy going experience every time I come into the store. Always warmly greeted and genuinely served. Great deals and prices. Med card is honored (10% off). Wanna use your debit/credit card for purchase? Well you don't have to go through that "ATM" crap the way the "bigger names" are functioning. Chill vibes

Buyer beware. My husband is a medical card holder, as such we have been into multiple dispensaries in multiple states. We should have paid attention going into this one but it had been a stressful couple of days and we were distracted. I do not believe this is a true medical marijuana dispensary even though the listing leads you to believe they are. First clue should have been no guard, no check in, no one even asked for ID. But it was a new area and we thought maybe the rules were different even though no matter which states we have been in there has ALWAYS been a check in process that verifies your identity. Second clue, it looked inside like a regular smoke shop, no real security, no real available pricing just what the clerk said it cost. Third clue the clerk talked about how this was good stuff from California but we know real weed can’t be moved between states due to federal law. Now we are at home with $125 worth of what I assume are low grade CBD vapes. We purchased 2 brands and 2 strain and neither have any noticeable effects other than a burning throat and annoyance that we got ripped off. Lesson learned for us but I would avoid at all costs if you are looking for real smoke.

Sad to leave a low rating as the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable! I was sincerely looking forward to returning in the future until I discovered one of the two disposable vapes purchased is defective. There is no return policy for a product that has been opened. Everywhere else I have purchased similar vapes there has always been something that is able to be done to make it right. How does one know a product doesn’t/ won’t work until it’s opened? Very disappointed!

This has been my go-to shop for many years. The shop is clean and professional and the employees are extremely respectful and knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job of helping answer any questions about their products and also have extensive information about growing your own cannabis... They also have an amazing selection of different pipes and bongs, with a nice variety of different styles, designs, and prices to help accommodate whatever I happen to be in the market for. It seems like there's new stuff every time I go in too... And last, but not least, they have a great vape selection... Whether I'm looking for a refillable mod, or if I just want a quick and easy disposable, they have an awesome everyday selection and are willing to order or work on getting any products that are desired but might not currently be in stock... All around great shop, I wish I could give them more stars!

Just left not to long ago. My first time there, I talked with Jasmine about the different flower options they had. The store is great and the flower is even better. Thank you for your service today.
